How do I select the date range and time zone when exporting data?

Answer

When exporting raw data, you can select both the date range and time zone:

• Date range:

  • Up to 30 days (you cannot select dates beyond this limit).

  • Quick selection options: Yesterday, Last week, Last 30 days.

  • Manual date input is available.

• Time zone:

  • Select from a list of all available time zones.

  • Enter the time zone name or offset, for example UTC+2, UTC-8.

  • Useful for AI/ML solutions that require a unified time zone for all messages.
