Exporting tracker raw data to a CSV file

How can I export raw data from a GPS tracker to a CSV file?

Answer

You can export raw (parsed raw) data from any device in CSV format by following these steps:

1. Go to Devices and Settings.

2. Select the device you want to export data from.

3. In the Raw data portlet, click Export data.

4. In the Raw data export window, choose:

   • Date range (up to 30 days)

   • Time zone

   • The parameters you want to include in the file

5. Click Download CSV to start the download.

The CSV file can be opened in any text editor or spreadsheet viewer.
