My device isn't sending data to the platform

How do I get my device to send sensor data to the platform?

Answer

We would recommend checking the Air Console to verify the device isn’t already sending the sensor data to the platform. If the specific data you need doesn’t display there, you will need to configure the device itself.

For Teltonika devices, this could be as simple as setting the priority to “Low” instead of “None.” For other devices, please review the device configurator and verify the device is set to send such data to the platform.

In other cases, we may recommend reaching out to the manufacturer for further assistance, as they will know more specifics regarding data sending.
