Appearance and package content

T8806 is compact and easy-to-install tracker without external antennas. Unlike T8803 PRO, this model T8806 is not waterproof.

The package contents:

• GPS tracker
• One digital input and two analog inputs extension line (170 cm)
• Sponge double-side adhesive tape
• Power supply extension line (170 cm)

Also as an option, manufacturer offers:

• Engine block relay
• Microphone and SOS line
• Speaker extension line

Location and tracking

T8806 is embedded with GPS and doesn’t have support of GLONASS and alternative systems.  It neither supports Assisted GPS technology. As the back-up, when no satellites signals are available, it uses Cell ID location (also known as LBS-tracking).

T8806 model supports such tracking models as time/interval tracking.

Also you need to connect Ignition/ACC wire, otherwise, the location service will not provide coordinates correctly.

Mobile networks

With Quad-band GSM 2G module T8806 can be operated all over the world.

Power supply

External power supply might be 6-36V, which makes it possible to install T8806 both on cars and vans.

T8806 also features a built-in rechargeable backup battery. When fully charged it ensures about 3-4 hours of device operation (in normal conditions).

Remote management

TopFlyTech T8806 tracker is fully controlled over GPRS/IP channel, including tracking mode settings and outputs control.

There is also a wide list of SMS commands in a human-friendly format, on which device always replies back. It supports remote APN settings configuration by SMS.

LED Indication

T8806 has two LEDs:

• Red LED indicates GSM/GPRS mode
• Blue LED indicates GPS reception

The LEDs light goes out automatically in five minutes after the device is switched on.
