PRO model

T8803 “PRO” model is an upgraded version of a T8803A, that features more sensor alarms (such as towing and vibration alarm), also it has one additional input, G-sensor, integrated SOS and Mic cable, smart sleep mode and a newer protocol, which allows to optimize GPRS consumption.

It also has IP66 certification, so it’s waterproof.

Location and tracking

T8803PRO is embedded with GPS and doesn’t have support of GLONASS and alternative systems.  It neither supports Assisted GPS technology. As the back-up, when no satellites signals are available, it uses Cell ID location (also known as LBS-tracking).

Tracking modes in T8803PRO model has time/interval tracking. And additionally it supports direction variation tracks and distance interval tracks. Also it has an option for sms reports on time interval.

Mobile networks

With Quad-band GSM 2G module T8803PRO can be operated all over the world.

Power supply

External power supply might be 6-36V, which makes it possible to install T8803 both on cars and vans.

T8803PRO also features a built-in rechargeable backup battery. When fully charged it ensures about 3-4 hours of device operation (in normal conditions).

Remote management

TFT T8803PRO tracker can be fully controlled over GPRS. There is also a wide list of SMS commands in a human-friendly format, on which device always replies back. It supports remote APN settings configuration by SMS.

LED Indication

T8803 has two LEDs:

• Red LED indicates GSM/GPRS mode
• Blue LED indicates GPS reception

The LEDs light goes out automatically in five minutes after the device is switched on.
