You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use any of our Services. You can accept the Terms by registering for the Services or by actually using the Services.

Navixy provides an array of services for online location and tracking of assets, people, vehicles, pets, and other objects in real-time, trip history overview, geo-based notifications, field task management, communication, fleet costs calculation, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance scheduling, related Apps, tools, and support services. You may use the Services for providing GPS tracking solutions for various vertical markets.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Navixy of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Navixy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy and Security documentation to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. When Navixy processes personal data on behalf of Customer, the Data Processing Agreement applies and forms an integral part of these Terms.

Navixy offers flexible data residency options to meet various regulatory and business requirements. For more information on where and how we store your data, please refer to our Data Residency documentation.

Navixy complies with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws. Our role as Data Controller or Data Processor is defined in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Service fees are charged on a monthly basis, unless agreed otherwise. Services are billed at the beginning of each month. All payments should be cleared of any applicable taxes and fees. Navixy reserves the right to modify its fees and charges with at least 30 days prior notice.

Navixy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

The Services and all associated intellectual property rights belong to Navixy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by providing notice to Navixy at least 30 days prior to the date of termination. Navixy may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navixy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Navixy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
