Navixy platform has an ability to work with SMTP gateways.
Emails are used for a variety of applications from simple email alerts to receiving schedules reports and DDD files from tachographs.
Here we will describe troubleshooting steps if you have any trouble with Email delivery.
1. First thing to check is Email gateway setting in the admin panel.
Email gateway is specified in the Account management section.
2. If setting look okay, please check that sms-server is running.
3. Check SMS server logs for any errors. You can search the logs for a certain phone number with the following command:
grep "[email protected]" log.txt
