# Recuperação de senha

Se você esqueceu sua senha e precisa recuperá-la, siga estas etapas:

1. Abra a página de login. Entre em contato com seu [provedor de serviços](/docs/user/pt-br/guide/quick-start/about-service-providers.md) para obter a URL, caso não a saiba.
2. Localize e clique no link "Esqueceu a senha?" abaixo do campo de senha.
3. Informe seu endereço de e-mail cadastrado e digite o CAPTCHA.
4. Verifique seu e-mail em busca de um link de redefinição de senha e siga as instruções fornecidas no e-mail para redefinir sua senha. Certifique-se de que sua nova senha atenda aos requisitos de senha.

Passwords must be between 12 and 20 characters in length and include at least one uppercase letter, lowercase letter, digit, and special character (!@#$%^&\*). To maintain account security, the system tracks password history, so you can't reuse any of your last 10 passwords. If a previous password is detected, the system will return the error "Password was recently used."
