Reseller cannot change their domain name

Can a reseller change their domain?

Answer

No.

Only the master account can configure reseller information, including domain.

Master account steps:

1. Go to Reseller tab.

2. Select reseller.

3. Edit reseller.

4. Configure domain.

If the master account is providing the domain, validate the CNAME configuration to complete the setup successfully. Otherwise, contact Support to verify or assist with the reseller’s CNAME configuration.
