# PaaS

Navixy PaaS (Platform as a Service) is a cloud-based platform that provides a comprehensive set of tools for GPS tracking and telematics applications. It is designed to enable businesses to build and deploy their own GPS tracking systems and telematics applications without having to manage the underlying infrastructure or worry about software updates, maintenance, and security.

## Launching Navixy PaaS instance

To create Navixy PaaS instance, login to the [Customer portal](https://portal.navixy.com/) and click "Create product" button. In the dialog, you will be prompted to create your instance of the Navixy platform.

Continue through the dialog to create your Navixy PaaS instance. The instance will be created momentarily and you will be able to [Manage](/docs/on-premise/on-premise/how-to-guide.md) the platform using the [Admin panel](https://panel.navixy.com), such as changing the URL address of the user web interface (by default it will be `https://*****.navixy.com`), branding, regional settings and more.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://navixy.com/docs/on-premise/qa/paas.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
