Edit an existing translation

Editing in the online translation service

Find the sentences you wish to edit. To add the right translation proceed as follows:

1. Log in to the online translation service.
2. Log in to Navixy project.
3. Select the language to be edited.
4. Open the file that you wish to edit.
5. Select the phrase that you wish to edit.
   To find the phrase fast and easy you can type it in the search bar. It can be typed in both the target or the source language.
6. Add changes.
7. Click save.

Previous translations will be shown under your translation. Other Navixy translation team members will be able to view and select the best option.

Editing translation in Navixy interface

You can edit translation right in your GPS tracking software. Proceed as follows:

1. Log in to the online translation service.
2. Go to your GPS tracking service login page, e.g. demo.navixy.com
3. Go to the URL bar, add /?locale=translate and click Enter.
   For instance, if you’re using demo.navixy.com it will look like: demo.navixy.com/?locale=translate
4. Select the required section
5. Select the phrase you wish to edit
6. Delete the existing translation
7. Add your translation
8. Click save
9. Move on to the next phrase
