Change Plan

To change a tariff plan of your device you should click “Change plan” in the right part of the tracker’s card. After that you will see a tab where you may set up new tariff plan for your tracker.

Moreover you have a possibility to choose how to charge user with monthly based plans:

  1. Repay remainder of current tariff payment. Tick this field if you want to charge your user (according to the current plan) up to the end of month.
  2. Charge user now (according to the new plan). Tick this field in case you want to take money from user’s account according to the previous tariff plan up to the current date. And then start to charge your user according to the new plan. If the user has zero balance the plan will be changed but all the services blocked.
