Blocking the partner's account

In this article you can get the information about how Navixy blocks the admin panel and the UI, if the payment was not received.

Steps of blocking

If the payment was not made. There are two steps of blocking:

  1. Admin panel will be blocked 10th of the month, whereas UI will be still available for your customers
  2. UI will be blocked 15th of the month

How blocking affects the data

If payment is not made within 15 days, users will not be able to log into their accounts. Withal, following restrictions will take affect:

  • All data received from trackers such as GPS points, sensor data etc, will not be saved in database.
  • Server will stop transmitting notifications and reports, including scheduled reports, to specified email addresses and phone numbers

As soon as funds is received, all restrictions will be removed.
