    SCAT-Mayak is a very simple vehicle GPS tracker. It is suitable for fleet management when knowing the location of the vehicle is most important. The main feature of the device is Driver identification via Bluetooth, so there is no need in any keys, tags, etc. The device identifies its owner by the smartphone. SKAT-Mayak has the memory for five devices, and sends SOS-message when someone tries to start the engine.
