Package contents

AMGPS MOTO-1000 is supplied to the customer in a cardboard box containing all the equipment that is necessary for operation.

The standard package contains:

  • MOTO-1000 device
  • 7 pin-cable
  • Relay
  • User Manual

Location and tracking

AMGPS MOTO-1000 is embedded with GPS, it doesn’t support GLONASS or alternative systems.

There are only two basic tracking modes, which do not provide too much flexibility: by time interval and by distance.

As the back-up, when no satellites signals are available, it uses Cell ID location (also known as LBS-tracking).

Mobile networks

AMGPS MOTO-1000 has a Quad-band GSM 2G that allows to operate it all over the world.

Local and remote management

MOTO-1000 can be fully controlled over GPRS. There is also a wide list of SMS commands in a human-friendly format, on which device always replies back. It supports remote APN settings configuration by SMS.

AMGPS MOTO-1000 has three LED indicating:

  • Power status
  • GSM/GPRS mode
  • GPS signal reception
